Refund & Returns Policy
This Refund & Returns Policy explains how Udaan Digital Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles refund requests for Website Development, SEO, Google Ads/Meta Ads, Digital Marketing, WordPress, E-commerce, Branding, and other digital services (“Services”). As our Services are custom, time, and resource-based work (not physical products), this policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Nature of Our Services
Being a custom digital service (website development, SEO, ad management, branding, etc.), work begins immediately after advance payment — through research, planning, design, or campaign setup. Since there is no physical product to “return,” refunds are handled differently from standard e-commerce returns and are assessed case-by-case as described below.
2. Advance / Booking Payments
- Advance payments made to initiate a project (website development, SEO, ad campaigns, etc.) are non-refundable once our team has commenced work — including research, wireframing, content planning, design mock-ups, or campaign account setup.
- If a cancellation request is raised before any work has started, the advance amount may be refunded after deducting applicable payment gateway/transaction charges.
3. Milestone-Based / Project Services
- For website development and similar fixed-scope projects, refunds (if applicable) are calculated based on the stage of completion at the time of cancellation, as certified by our project team.
- Completed milestones (approved designs, developed pages, delivered assets) already accepted by the Client are non-refundable.
- Any request for cancellation mid-project must be submitted in writing to support@udaandigitalsolutions.in, and will be reviewed within 7 business days.
4. Recurring / Monthly Services (SEO, Ads, Social Media Management)
- Monthly service fees already paid for a running billing cycle are non-refundable, as the corresponding work, effort, and third-party costs (ad platform fees, tools, content creation) are incurred for that cycle.
- To stop recurring Services, Clients must provide written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. No charges will apply for cycles after cancellation takes effect.
- Third-party ad spend (Google Ads/Meta Ads budgets) paid directly to the ad platform, or through us on the Client’s behalf, is non-refundable once spent/scheduled by the platform.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain name registration, hosting charges, SSL certificates, and third-party plugin/theme licenses once purchased on the Client’s behalf.
- Stock photos, premium fonts, or any licensed creative assets purchased for the project.
- Ad platform spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads) already utilized or scheduled.
- Services already delivered and approved/accepted by the Client.
- Custom development, designs, or campaigns rejected due to a change in the Client’s business requirements after work has been approved at an earlier stage.
6. Eligible Refund Scenarios
A refund (full or partial, as assessed) may be considered in the following situations:
- Udaan Digital Solutions is unable to commence or deliver the agreed Service due to reasons attributable to us.
- Duplicate payment made in error for the same invoice/service.
- Cancellation requested before any work, research, or account setup has begun.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email support@udaandigitalsolutions.in with your invoice number, payment proof, and reason for the request. Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days.
8. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from approval.
- Payment gateway or bank transaction charges, if any, will be deducted from the refunded amount.
9. Disputes
If a Client disputes a payment through their bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, Udaan Digital Solutions reserves the right to suspend ongoing Services until the dispute is resolved, and may share project delivery records/communication as evidence.
10. Governing Law
This Refund & Returns Policy is governed by the laws of India and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Greater Noida / Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Returns Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
